The Mobile Tactical Control Terminal "The Suitcase" comes in three varying sizes:

1. A Personal Kit– Contains software licensing for up to 5 users, a designated laptop computer with integrated control system, cellular modem and 5 tracking devices for immediate supply ( for both first responders and the command network)

2. A Team Kit– Contains software licensing for up to 5 users, a designated mini-computer with an integrated19 '' screen, keyboard and mouse, a cellular modem and 5tracking devices for immediate supply ( for both first responders and the command network):

3. A C2Kit– Contains software licensing for up to 10 users, a designated mini-computer with 2 integrated 19'' screens, keyboard and mouse, a cellular modem and 10 tracking devices for immediate supply ( for both first responders and the command network)

Courier Kit

The briefcase contains a hidden tracking unit, and small distress button that can be placed on the courier's belt. The unit will broadcast a distress signal in one of the two following cases:

1. The distress button is pressed by the courier and located on his belt (it is the size of an average car alarm system control panel).

2. In the event that a distance is created between the briefcase and the armed distress button
